The Ring Prison Service Request begins at an important contact on the right side of the Field Office.

Accepting the Request

The quest opens inside the Field Office. On the right side of the area you will spot the important-contact marker — but before you talk, sweep the room for loot. A collectible sits on the desk to the left, and a second one rests right beside the NPC. Grab both, then speak with the NPC to accept the Ring Prison Service Request. If you lose your bearings, the person marker on the area map pins the exact meeting spot.

Wiring Up the Console

Enter the building and let your ears lead the way: follow the sound until you reach a control console, then press its button to power it on. Assembly comes next, in order:

Place the loose object nearby into its designated spot.
Take the antenna in front of you and mount it onto the red light position on top of the console.
Grab the object on the room's right side and slot it into the gap on the console's right.
Activate the console again.

Follow the sound deeper into the building and press the console button.

The Containment Unit Clue

With the console running, head over to the containment unit area and read the note on the desk. It holds the key to a room number mix-up: the cell holding the radio, labeled B-02, is in reality room D-04. Report the finding back to the NPC and the room door unlocks.

Finishing the Request

Carry the radio to room E-05. A single drop-off is not enough — the request calls for the radio to be placed inside E-05 several times. Once the final placement registers, the Ring Prison Service Request is complete.
